Salesperson's License

A real estate salesperson is the main point of contact between customers and real estate agencies. Before a salesperson can perform such a function, he/she must receive a salesperson's license. The state requires that before a license can be obtained, the prospective salesperson must complete the Real Estate Principles course and pass the state exam. Once the course and exam have been completed and passed, the salesperson may legally function within a real estate agency and assist customers with their property needs.
